We are gearing up for the Wauka Mountain Iditaread. The race begins March 7th. Make sure you return your race sign-up sheet to get your reading log in time! MUSH!
We will be having a tasty Read Across America Week as the Learning Commons has teamed up with our amazing Cafeteria crew to match great books with our tasty lunches. Remember, Friday will be Storybook Character Day; come dressed as your favorite storybook character or a vocabulary word.
Next week is School Breakfast week. Students who eat breakfast in the lunchroom get a Slush with their lunch!
K-4th Grade competed in the first ever Wauka Mountain Snowboarding Stem Challenge. They competed with their class to create the fastest snowboarder. The fastest time was .12 seconds! They are shredding the slopes in Ms. Johnson’s class. ❄️ 🏂
This Friday, join us for Hat Day, a fundraising event benefiting the WAUKATHON. Donate $1 and wear a hat to demonstrate your support for our school.
